ELSE: Block of Statements Executed when IF/ELSEIF False

Part of an IF THEN ELSEIF ELSE ENDIF construct. Follows ELSEIF and precedes ENDIF.

If none of the optional ELSEIF statements in a ⇾ block If statement are True, or if there are no ELSEIFs, the statements following ELSE are executed
